Julie Phillips, LMSW

LMSW ‐ Trauma Informed/ Faith Based Trained Therapist

Julie Phillips is a licensed individual and family therapist. She follows a systemic approach to therapy and believes that to understand people and their challenges it is important to understand the systems and relationships they are a part of.  She believes that the therapeutic relationship should be one of authenticity, collaboration, and one that feels safe and supportive. 

She focuses on client’s strength and resiliency.  Striving to help clients find tools to cope with life’s stresses, she pulls from CBT, narrative (talk therapy), and solution focused approaches. Julie hopes to help clients find more adaptive habits that lead to more meaningful and fulfilling lives. 

Kim Layton, LADAC

LSAA, LADAC. Artist Recovery Coach

Kim Layton is a professional faith-based LADAC (Licenced Alcohol Drug Counselor)  with  a history of working in human service industry.  Skilled in addiction counseling, recovery and even life coach work, Kim  specializes in helping individuals in transition, or who desire to bring about momentous change. From helping individuals move through a new stage in life,  addictions, grief and loss, establishing yourself after a divorce, or achieve a desired life purpose through a therapeutic experience.

 She transforms you while giving you innovative access to power and clarity to reclaim your life and live successfully on your terms. Lastly, Art Therapy is another specialized technique she enjoys using. 

Kaylene Cribbs, CNP

CNP ‐ Trauma Informed/ EMDR Trained Certified Nurse Practitioner

Kaylene Cribbs grew up in Farmington, NM. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a registered nurse working in the Intensive Care Unit for 12 years. After completing her Masters Degree in Nursing from Frontier University with honors, she moved to Oregon to begin her practice as a nurse practitioner. 

She worked in Oregon with at risk youth and families for 5 years. Her and her twin daughters returned to New Mexico in 2015 to be closer to her family. She enjoys working with patients from newborn to elderly. Kaylene spends her leisure time reading, walking, and playing with her two beautiful daughters.

Catherine "Cat" Roberts, LCSW

LCSW ‐ Trauma Informed/Child Play Trained Therapist/ Clinical Supervisor

Cat Roberts is licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a certified case manager (CCM). Cat grew up on Farmington NM and enjoys the area. Cat graduated with her master’s degree with honors from New Mexico Highlands University. After completing her master’s degree, Cat worked as a hospital social worker dealing with all age ranges and mental health problems. 

She enjoyed her time as an emergency room social worker and is thankful for the opportunity to help those in need. Cat provides evidenced-based treatments in the form of behavioral therapies and psychoeducation. She has worked with a range of mental health disorders. Cat sends her leisure time with her son, wandering the Colorado mountains, reading books, and dabbling in her various art hobbies.
