Family Support Services

Family Support Services (FSS) are available in all of San Juan County offering a 120 day program, providing a community-based in home service program designed to help strengthen families in their homes, within their own neighborhoods, to help them meet the basic needs of their children and prevent child maltreatment.Our in home workers will offer emotional support a connection to resources to help sustain the family setting.

We recognize that every family brings a set of unique family values, languages, diversity, traditions, and expectations to the program. FSS staff value, respect, and support each family by identifying their own individual needs. Services aim to empower parents and children to thrive, have safe and loving relationships, and to feel connected to their community.
