Priscilla Jake been a mental health counselor for over 10 years. Began her career with Navajo Nation – Division Behavioral Mental Health Services in Gallup, N.M. and served on their crisis team.
Drawing on both my professional experience and the rich traditions of my culture and native community, I have seen the incredible strength and courage of Indigenous people in the face of overwhelming circumstances and obstacles.
My counseling style is empathetic and genuine, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story and explore your authentic self. I understand the unique needs of our communities, including the effects of intergenerational trauma and the importance of a spiritual approach to healing.
